By accessing and using the services provided by MyGilbert (an application operated by Taurus Solutions Corporation), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services Description

MyGilbert provides digital technical solutions, automation, and reputation management services. Our platform utilizes AI-assisted tools to draft responses to Google Business Profile reviews, which strictly require manual execution and approval by the business owner.

3. Third-Party Services

Our services programmatically integrate with third-party platforms, including the Google Business Profile API. You acknowledge that Google Business Profile is a service provided by Google. Our fees are solely for our proprietary MyGilbert tools, deployment infrastructure, and automation services.

4. Revocation of Access & Data Deletion

If you have granted MyGilbert access to your data via Google APIs, you retain the complete right to revoke this access at any time.

How to disconnect: You can instantly remove MyGilbert's access to your Google account within your Google Account Security settings at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Upon revocation, our platform will immediately cease data collection and delete any cached location review data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
